After being vegetarian for 5 years, I sympathize. Becoming a meat farmer was not where I would have guessed I would be (but am ecstatic that it is), but! In order to effectively sell and believe in the meat we raise, I needed to eat it myself and know that it really was as good as I tell people it is (and trust me, it is).
